All therapy provided by The Surrey Hypnotherapy Clinic is provided in accordance with applicable UK laws, standards and regulations, rather than any local laws and regulations that may be applicable in the particular country, state, territory or province outside of the UK, in which a remote online client might reside.

Other countries, states, territories and provinces outside of the United Kingdom (e.g. USA, Canada, Australia and the EU) may have different laws, standards and regulations to those that are applicable within the UK.

It is implicit that, by agreeing to remote, online, therapy, those clients who may reside outside of the UK are agreeing to being treated in accordance with applicable UK laws, standards and regulations.
